Your Voice Matters

Please share your thoughts on sexual violence and sexual abuse services. This can include ISVA Services, SARC Services, Counselling Services, or Church-Related Abuse Services.

We always aim to provide the best possible support for survivors. We know that everyone has a unique perspective, and your voice is essential in shaping the services we offer. That’s why we created a new anonymous feedback form, providing a direct way for you to share your thoughts, suggestions, and experiences with us.

We are committed to continuously improving our services to meet your needs and the needs of anyone who may require our support. Whether you’ve used another organisation, First Light services, in the past or recently, or if you know someone who has used these services, your feedback will help us continue to provide the best support available and grow our services to meet survivors’ needs.

How the Feedback Helps:

1. Improvements to Services: By sharing your experiences, we can continue to provide the best support for survivors. Your feedback helps us understand what works and what we may need to improve.
2. A Safe, Anonymous Space: We understand that sharing your thoughts can be difficult. Our feedback form is completely confidential, and any information provided will not be used to identify you. We want to hear your honest opinions.
3. Community Improvement: By listening to your feedback, we can make informed decisions that lead to more effective support, education, and outreach. Your responses will guide us in developing campaigns and educational programs to ensure support is available in our communities.
4. Help Us Do More: This is your opportunity to have an active say in the services that support you. It also allows us to develop more resources and policies that will support survivors in the future based on the information you provide.

How to Get Involved:

Our feedback form is easy to access and can be completed online. It should take no more than 5 minutes to complete. We will not use responses to identify any individual. Your voice will help us create a safer, more supportive environment for all survivors.
