The SAFE Project works in secondary schools (ages 10-18) to promote healthy relationships based on equality and respect. Using a wide range of media and creative influences we engage young people in violence prevention, enabling them to recognise domestic abuse and sexual violence.
The project encourages active participation, poses challenges, provokes questioning and in doing so aims for young people to consider society’s tolerance of abuse, increasing sexualisation of young people and safety planning around technology usage.
