Whether your priority is to fund activities that are already being carried out successfully and help us to reach more people, or you’re looking to support innovative pilot work, please get in touch with Cath via [email protected]
We’ll ensure every £ granted has an impact on changing lives affected by domestic abuse and sexual violence.

Ways we’re working with trust and foundation funding

Henry Smith Charity and Garfield Weston Foundation are helping us to reach more people affected by sexual violence across Devon and Cornwall; helping them disclose, be emotionally and physically safe, seek criminal justice outcomes and move forward with their lives.
It has been really good talking to someone who got it. I could explain my feelings and felt accepted. I didn’t have to excuse myself or justify anything.”
Benevity Movement For Good and Duchy Health Charity are helping to train volunteers who can listen to and mentor those effected by domestic abuse and sexual violence – ensuring they feel heard and can move forward with their lives.

Our priorities

Your gift helps us to deliver on our current priorities, which include:

Out of hours helpline: ensuring anyone who is brave enough to make that first call to our helpline on evenings and weekends is met by a trained professional who can support them,

Recovery: supporting more adults and young people into recovery programmes and therapy, helping them to heal from trauma and to succeed in future healthy relationships,

Play therapy: expanding specialist play-based therapy to children under 11 years old, as well as to young people with a learning difficulty who have been affected by sexual abuse,

Lived engagement: giving a voice to adults and children who have lived through domestic abuse and sexual violence so we can improve local practise and shape national policy.

You can find out more about how we’re delivering on our latest priorities in our Annual Impact Report.
