- What happens next: We transfer totals to an HR-only spreadsheet on SharePoint.
- What is shared: Only aggregated statistics are shared with Senior Management Team / Trustees as appropriate in a way that does not identify individuals, to inform decisions on recruitment and retention and to support evaluation of our Equity, Diversity and Inclusion actions.
- Retention: We delete submissions within 30 days and aggregated stats are kept in line with our privacy notice.
