Children and Young Person’s Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (CYP ISVA) Swindon & Wiltshire

Positions available: 1
Salary: £24,467 increasing to £24,853 on successful completion of probation and £25,955 per annum after accreditation
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Holiday: 25 days annual holiday entitlement increasing to 30 days after 5 years’ service per annum plus bank holidays.
Base: Swindon
Contract: Fixed term until 31st March 2025
Key responsibilities:
  • Working with victims of rape and sexual abuse
  • Managing a caseload children and/or young people experiencing /at risk of serious harm
  • Work with other agencies and complete relevant referrals when required
  • Undertaking risk and needs assessments
  • Developing safety plans
Essential requirements:
  • Previous experience of working with children and young people
  • Full driving license with the ability to travel across Swindon and Wiltshire
