First Light have signed the Armed Forces Covenant (AFC)

We are pleased to announce that First Light has been accepted into and signed the Armed Forces Covenant (AFC).

This pledge signifies our collective acknowledgment and understanding that those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, along with their families, deserve to be treated with fairness and respect within the communities, economy, and society they have dedicated their lives to.

Our commitment includes 10 clear promises to support the Armed Forces community, particularly in areas of domestic abuse and sexual violence. We will collaborate with Armed Forces charities, ensure our services are accessible to veterans, and promote training and signposting for available support. Together, we can ensure every voice is heard and every need is met.
