Join the #LoveActually Campaign: Empowering Healthy Relationships and Combating Toxic Behaviours (#HRTB)
As we approach February 2024, we are happy to announce the Healthy Relationships and Toxic Behaviours Awareness Month through the #LoveActually Campaign. This new campaign aims to empower individuals to cultivate healthy relationships while raising critical awareness about sexual violence and domestic abuse.
Campaign Overview: #LoveActually
Our primary goal is to create a collective impact. We want to encourage open conversations about healthy relationships and shine a light on toxic behaviours. Each week of February will focus on a different aspect of relationships, and we invite you to be a part of it by hosting a webinar to build awareness and foster change.
How You Can Get Involved:
- Host a Webinar: Spread awareness by hosting a webinar on a relevant topic during the campaign weeks.
- Share Your Stories: Encourage your community to participate in photo-sharing.
- Social Media: Use the hashtags #LoveActually and #HRTB to amplify our collective voice on social media platforms.

- Week 1: February 1st – 7th – Friendships
- Webinar Topics could cover: Boundaries, Trust, Consent, Stalking, and Harassment
- Week 2: February 8th – 14th – Dating
- Webinar Topics could cover: Catfishing, Consent, Digital Safety, Stalking, and Stealthing
- Week 3: February 15th – 21st – Relationship
- Webinar Topics could cover: Recognising Abuse in Relationships, Control, Abusive Behaviour, Consent, and Boundaries
- Week 4: February 22nd – 29th – Break Up
- Webinar Topics could cover: Abusive Behaviours, Revenge Porn, and Stalking post-breakup.
Interactive Campaign: Share Your Stories
We invite everyone to actively participate in the campaign by:
Photo Sharing: Share photos holding signs depicting what love looks like in a healthy relationship or what you love about your partner.
