Raped or sexually assaulted in the past

Have you been a victim of rape or sexual assault in the past?

Whether your abuse happened last week, last year or 40 years ago; it is never too late to reach out for the support you deserve.

We understand that the pain of abuse can still be as raw 20 to 30 to 40 years later… If you have never talked about your abuse ‘Time’ may not be a ‘good healer’. We respect that your feelings are yours and will never dismiss the pain you have harboured.

If the abuse has happened within the last 12 months we are able to offer you support with reporting the incident to the police through our Independent Sexual Violence Advocacy (ISVA) service or a direct referral into our specialist counselling service.

If the abuse has happened outside of 12 months and you would like to find out more information about reporting the incident to the police or provide anonymous intelligence then you can access support from one of our Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA). We are able to offer an internal referral into pre-trial therapy and/or counselling sessions after you have seen an ISVA.

If you do not meet any of the above criteria we do also offer a private counselling service.  Please contact us as to find out more information or how to access alternative support from other agencies.

Please contact us or complete an online self referral form.
