Support for Women

If you have experienced sexual violence or domestic abuse, you’re not alone.

Domestic abuse will affect 1 in 3 women during their lifetime and around three quarters of domestic abuse-related crimes recorded by UK police each year had female victims *. 1 in 4 women have been raped or sexually assaulted as an adult (Rape Crisis England & Wales).

Our trained and experienced advisers and workers provide trauma informed support which is accredited by Safer Lives for our domestic abuse services and Lime Culture and the Survivors Trust for our sexual violence support services. We work towards stopping Violence Against Women & Girls (VAWG).

We are here. We will listen. We aim to empower you to make informed decisions about your own future and recovery.

My family and friends have noticed a change in me. I am much more positive and happier. I know what happened, happened in the past and I now know I can move on with my life.”
