Plymouth – Volunteers

We are recruiting volunteers to provide a pro-active triage service to people affected by sexual violence and sexual abuse.

Cornwall and Devon – Fundraising Research Volunteers

This is a new office-based volunteer role to help with fundraising research and admin at either our offices in Threemilestone, Cornwall or Plymouth, Devon.

Cornwall – Volunteers

We are also recruiting volunteers, on an ongoing basis, to work  in Cornwall for our Safer Futures Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence Service.  If you have five hours or more to spare each week (weekdays, between 09:00-17:00) and would like to support the team with admin and office-based duties, please contact kate.slatcher@firstlight.org.uk for further information.

Please note that if you have been a client for any of First Light services, we ask that you have been out of service for at least 12 months before joining us as a volunteer. We also require all volunteers to provide two references and undertake an enhanced DBS check.
